Real estate is an asset, an investment, and a vehicle that creates enduring impacts in the lives of individuals and families. Single properties belong to larger communities, ecosystems, and economies that extend far beyond land boundaries or bricks and mortar. At Topos & Anthros, we believe that real estate and conservation work best in tandem, and that property can honor heritage and strengthen community. In the past, Kelly has worked as a real estate sales agent. However, now our real estate work is focused more on development, re-development, and facilitating creative structures to fund, manage, and reimagine real assets be they 15-acre parcels, historic buildings in rural downtowns, or large working ranches in the American West.
