Kelly Beevers is the force and heart behind Topos & Anthros. After earning her Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M, Kelly joined the world of real estate investing and development to satisfy her hunger for using real property to foster connections and strengthen communities. Her career has exposed her to an impressive collection of people, projects, and deals across a range of asset classes and geographic markets. 

Kelly values engaging with her community, regularly immersing herself in new places, and getting to know folk’s stories and aspirations along the way. Thoughtfully connecting people and leveraging their time and talents to help them realize their potential brings her deep fulfillment. Her desire to create opportunities for others and build lasting relationships are part of her constitution.
